This thesis studies common ideas, techniques and methods of building a large-scale data acquisition systems based on based on network B/S model, And as a guide, analyzes and designs a data acquisition system of Traditional Chinese medicine basic present situation investigation. This system gives service to the project of The National Chinese Medicine Basic Present Situation Investigation in2010, which is organized by State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through summarizes the application of this system, further improves the design ideas and implementation methods.Research purposesThis thesis is targeted to study common ideas, techniques and methods for building large-scale data acquisition system based on B/S mode, design a strong generic architecture and functional framework, determine the connotations of the various subsystems, code data element and design database, clear and definite the basic principles and safeguard measures of data acquisition system.Research MethodsThe technical route of this thesis fol lows the ideas and methods of software engineering to build the system, in accordance with the processes of feasibility analysis, requirements analysis, system designs, system implementation and System operation and Maintenance, to design and implement the acquisition system.Through literature research, field research, and related websites (software acquisition systems) research, expert Consultation and other methods, this paper studies the research and application status of data acquisition system at home and abroad, analyzes and summarizes the advantages, characteristics, existing problems and development trends of data acquisition system. This work provides a basis-for the system requirements analysis and design.On the basis of the work of research, uses the methods of software engineering, database theory and technology, system design principles, to build data acquisition system. In the course of the study, implements a data acquisition system of Traditional Chinese medicine basic present situation investigation. Through analyzing the result of system running in the country’s31provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), constantly summing up and analyzing, taking a combination of theory and practice, to gradually improves the research.Research results and conclusionsThis paper studies the common ideas, techniques and methods of construction of large-scale data acquisition system; identifies the overall structure of the system, including architecture structure (logical structure) and security architecture; defines the main functional and technical requirements of the various components; researches the database schema, makes detailed database design based on it; realizes functions of data collection, statistical analysis, integrated business management, related project management, reporting system management and system management; implements a data acquisition system of Traditional Chinese medicine basic present situation investigation.The achievement of this dissertation can provide references of ideas, techniques and methods, for the construction of all walks of life large-scale data acquisition system.
