Design And Implementation Of Data Acquisition System On China Social Security Funds

The government pays high attention on the Social Security Industry, on ensuring and improving people’s livelihood. Especially since the18th Congress of the party, China has adhered to the Scientific View of Development the human-oriented, all-round, coordinated and sustainable development view. In this way, China’s Social Insurance Industry has made significant development. As the result of the rapid development of China’s Social Insurance Industry, we need to acquire,collect and store the financial data of The Social Security Fund. We need to query the current and history of The Social Security Fund. And improve the efficiency and accuracy on the supervision of The Social Security Fund. The aim of this paper is to design and implement a unified information platform for the acquisition of Social Security Fund so as to improve the ability of supervising and policy making. It will lay a solid foundation to the Information technology of The Social Security Industry.This is a real project from the company, in strict accordance with the standard software system construction processes, this paper includes requirements analysis,system summary and detailed design,system implementation and system testing and other steps. The entire System is divided.into six modules,of which I am responsible for four modules including data conversion,data transmission,voucher inquiries and data checkout.Data conversion module is mainly used for the data-conversion between systems.The data transmission module is mainly used to transmit the data in different area.The voucher inquiries module is mainly used for inquiring vouchers.The data checkout module is to control the data’s quality of entire system. The whole system is based on Delphi,ADO technology,Streaming technology,data compression technology and FTP.So far, the project has been finished. All the modules designed by author have been completed and run properly. They have passed the unit testing successfully. Currently the whole system has entered integration testing phase and will be on-line shortly.
