Based On The Research And Implementation Of A Rfid Information Management System Of Colleges And Universities

The IC card application system based on RFID provides the technical supports for all-in-one card on campus. All-in-one card system of Campus provides great convenience for the college students in many aspects, such as registering, attendance record, apartment management, consume and so on, which makes the integrity and normalization of the college’s data realized and symbolizes college’s scientific and modernization management. It is an inevitable trend that all-in-one cards are used on campus.This paper takes two universities of Ningxia and Lanzhou for examples, and carefully studies the domestic and overseas status, technical principle, standardization and middleware technology of RFID technique around the university information management. It also offers an all-in-one card construction project based on RFID technique, which of course meets the practical needs of the two universities. According to the practical needs, an overall design is presented, also network general structure, application system structure and safe strategy are planned. The style of RFID card and the reader are confirmed. On the basic of that, the design and Implementation of the system are completed. Especially many aspects are described in detail, such as IC card management, telephone inquiry, digital registration, apartment management, charge management and so on.The actual application result shows that the system has operated normally, stabely, high efficient and safely, especially it has played a great role in apartments management, digital orientation and fee system. It has simplified the management procedures, speeded up the operation process and improved working efficiency.
