Shandong Weifang School of Business is a certain scale, the impact of certain vocational schools. With the development of school size, school level, the improvement of the management institute an urgent need to improve their teaching methods to improve the teaching level of management and service levels. Looking at the overall situation, that now is the establishment of a new school within the campus card system a good time. Schools and the North Sea in Shandong Weifang new information technology company, co-development and design of the "Campus Card" system, the program will integrate a number of management functions to effectively address these issues. Not only to improve management efficiency, reduce cost and convenience of students and teachers, and computer management work has also been improved further in-depth, so that Weifang, Shandong Province, business information technology in schools rose to a new level.In this paper, The author is based on the theory with RFID, combined with the experience in school management in school management in RFID application research and discussion. First campus card system is analyzed, including system requirements analysis, system modules division, the database program analysis and system components, etc.; proposed campus card system's overall program design, including the choice of cards, the card information stored on design, system software development model design, and system network architecture design. The application for the card features, refer to EPC standards and the establishment of a common hierarchical campus card management system for RFID application framework, application framework for the function of each layer was analyzed and pointed out that the issue of data collection, data transmission security, data conversion problems, teamwork, etc. The problem is the system the key issues and propose solutions to each problem. As the RFID technology-based middleware system design goal is to be able to access the system is compatible with different data collection devices, RFID data collection applications for the enterprise to provide an effective source of data, at the same time in order to facilitate management are able to timely, accurate, and convenient management of the middle pieces of the system, use the web control center management system. RFID-based campus card management systems, in order to compatible with different types of data acquisition equipment and systems with existing applications seamlessly, using middleware solution. In this paper, RFID middleware design ideas, design and intermediate conducted a detailed analysis of the database; then analyzes the function of the system architecture and network topology. Since the data standard is the focus of this study, this paper electronic tag data format and system logical database design in detail the design, selection of the Oracle database as the development of this database. Finally, the paper select Java platform, this development platform, and database access and updating mechanism, RFID middleware function modules in reading, writing, transaction processing, database, reading and writing and monitoring conducted in-depth analysis and implementation. Security programs in the system, the proposed XML security encryption technology and coding to achieve them.
