Whether abroad or at our country, the food security get an important considerationto each state and government. Because the food security is related to all people, inparticular, our country has1.3billion people is a big consumer of food. The foodsecurity is to safeguard social stability and increasing national strength, to withstandsignificant natural disasters.However, the majority of China’s grain storage managementor to the extensive labor-based management, not only inefficient management of grainstorage, but also the process of grain in reserve a serious damage and waste. The pastdecade, along with electronic information technology, particularly the Internet’s rapiddevelopment and application of these technologies has penetrated into all walks ofsocial life. Traditional the system of grain storage management by the human host to theextensive management gradually to modern, sophisticated informationtechnology-based change management module.Based on the above research background, this paper presents a “The real-timedetection system of grain depot”. The system supports distributed around the country atall levels in the grain reserves in real-time detection and management, the establishmentof the grain depots across the country in the system can be connected through wide areanetwork, not only can be accessed locally, but also you can access this via network inremote off-site, event can be accessed via the Internet anytime, anywhere. Through thissystem, local administration can be effective for the management of stored grain, andthe higher authorities can work around the granary reserves for effective supervision.For example, real-time viewing of each grain storage inventory, record changes in grainstorage, grain storage conditions(including grain temperature, cabin humidity,ventilation and other parameters affect the food stored properly) and so on. To beeffective, real-time on the grain depots of food to understand the situation and, based onthe actual situation of food situation and make quick management decisions. From thislevel, this system can guarantee a certain extent, the food stored in the grain depots inthe security.The system designed in this paper include more functions, the following are the main contents of this paper:1. Using open source software as a free MySql database back-end database serversystem center.2. In the design of the client system using the C/S structure of the client and the B/Sstructure combined with customers Duanxiang way to support the requirements indifferent environments and access to the system under.3. Through the use of wide area network composed of fiber-optic network within thenetwork to achieve the mutual access to other support systems through the Interneton the situation of limited food access.4. Achieved is no light in the granary granary under the conditions of the internalreal-time video surveillance.
