The thesis firstlyresearches the circs of information construction of the external and internal troops,indicates the project’s meaning after investigation thoroughly. Next, combine thepresent network and database technology, expatiate the system structure, the principle ofthe MVC design pattern and the RBAC, and apply them to the J2EE platform. Then, thethesis put forward the design target and demand of system according to the logisticoperation flow of the CAPF, and mostly do the feasibility study, function requirementanalysis, operation analysis and the database design, then ascertain the function modeand explore scheme. Aim at the possible security problems in the application, the thesisdoes some researches on the network circumstance, the work platform and the use ofdatabase, and give some advices. Finally, the thesis accomplishes the system by Java,which can separate the display logic, operation logic and data logic effectively.By adopts the B/S pattern and Microsoft SQL Server2000, The LogisticEquipment Management System is stable and easy to operate in the test, and obtainedthe logistic department leaders approbate. Its use will make the logistic equipmentalways at the real-time surveillance state, which can improve the department’s workquality and efficiency, and also have active effect on the normalization andmodernization management of the logistic equipment.
