With the development of science and technology, information technology has become an important aspect of modern enterprises. In respect of corporate image and corporate lifeblood of product quality issues, and how efficient, standardized, reasonable, accurately to manage product quality information to ensure product quality, has become a business problems encountered. In this paper, the ISO quality standard certification is used into the enterprise quality management, and we will discuss the issue further. Through the analysis of the quality management of business processes, according to the Dalian Panasonic projectors produce real business, the paper is designed for projector quality information management system.Combined with the actual quality production of Dalian Panasonic, the system is divided in four systems. Four systems include, quality document management system, quality inspection systems, fault management system, quality assessment and improvement system. Effective segregation through four systems to manage information systems for the convergence, the main focus on product quality information in the purchase, production, centralized testing, etc. In this way, Dalian Panasonic managers can have real-time access to business critical information and make appropriate decisionsTechnically, from system analysis to system design, this article describes the various system development processes in detail. To the final programming, deployment, testing, operation, we use the UML language standardized on the system modeling. In this paper, we select SQL Server2008as database, Asp.Net framework as the development tool. Based on B/S structure, we develop the information system.Dalian Panasonic projector quality information management system helps improve management efficiency, streamline the business module, reduce the inter-departmental communication barriers. We can see, the system helps the company product very much.
