The street light has now become essential public facilities of the city underconstruction located, how to street light monitoring system more energy-efficient,effective now research priorities and trends. Traditional street light control system,backward technology, heavy management, designed based on the GSM network of citystreet lights energy-saving control system in order to solve the traditional street lights tocontrol the way management cumbersome and difficult to maintain, backwardtechnology, practical problems, it can automatically pass power-off operation, energysaving, low operating costs, stable performance, ease of administration.In this article, detailed system design, the monitoring center is running and thehardware and software architecture of the remote control terminal, while the back ashort message business scope of related technologies in-depth analysis. In the choice ofthe RMON lamp carrier, through a variety of contrast, consider its transfer small amountof data and real-time do not ask, so I chose a short message information transmissionsystem as the carrier. The system mainly consists of the monitoring center, medianmachines TC35and lower bit LED lights lighting control circuit and othercomponents. Microcomputeroperating humane interface, bit machine settings, to prevent unauthorized people fromoperating to ensure safe and reliable circuit breaker, remote control. The system canguarantee on time and in different seasons automatically off the power to achieveenergy saving effect. In short, the system can improve the urban illumination, reducing energy waste, has a high economic value.
