In recent years,LED lighting industry has developed rapidly in China's,at the same time,people are more and more concerned about the cooling of LED lamps.If the LED lamp radiation problems can't be solved,it will reduce the LED lamp life,and increased depreciation.As a kind of advanced testing instrument,infrared thermal imager can not only get the infrared image or infrared video of the object,but also can give the temperature value of each pixel in the image or infrared video.The American FLIR SYSTEMS company FLIR T420 type infrared thermometer,the temperature range of-20? ~ 650?,measurement accuracy of ±2?,the temperature resolution of 0.045?,the number of pixels to 76 thousand and800 pixels(320 x 240).In this paper,the infrared thermal imager is used to test the 220 W and 40 W two kinds of LED street lamps in Msolar,which is the solar energy science and Technology Development Co.,ltd..On the two types of the LED lights were detected through the analysis of the infrared image and the temperature distribution,found that the assembly is The gap between the front plate and the rear shell is larger,the problem of smooth uneven temperature distribution,heat sink temperature uneven distribution of 220 W LED detected 40 W LED street lamp;existing thermal grease coating is not uniform,the heat sink package is not reasonable etc..Aiming at these problems,the improvement measures are put forward.Using the image processing toolbox of Matlab,the contrast enhancement and image sharpening of the infrared thermal image are carried out.Using histogram equalization,linear transformation,exponential transform the several methods to realize infrared image contrast enhancement;using the Laplasse operator,Sobel operator,Prewitt operator to achieve infrared image sharpening.Study shows that through the detection of infrared thermal imager,exposed the problems in product design and production process of LED lamps,aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward the optimization suggestions for LED manufacturers,and provide reference for enterprise production and quality inspection standards;through image processing,improve the infrared thermography the collected contrast and definition,infrared thermography makes the collected more suitable for human to observe,and improve work efficiency,quickly find the existing problems of LED lamps.
