With the increasing of the city size,there are more and more street lighting facilities.Due to the large damend for power supply and the standardization of street lamp management,the remote control of street lamps has become the development trend of future lighting.Focused on the problems of traditional street lamp monitoring system,such as backward management mode,low real-time performance,difficult to expand and unable to withstand high load of access,a remote monitoring and management software for streetlights based on server cluster is designed.It can realize the realtime monitoring of urban street lamps which can make the street lamp management system more intelligent and energy-saving.This paper is based on the current situation and future development trend of street lamp management system at home and abroad.Various technologies have been used in this design such as Nginx technology,Redis storage technology,Baidu map API,Highcharts chart technology.The functional requirements,performance requirements and technical requirements of the system are analyzed before the design is implemented.The HTTPS requests and TCP communication connections are respectively distributed by Nginx to the servers in the cluster,which improves the efficiency of the server under high load conditions.Redis is used as the cache database of relational database,the global variables in Session container are stored in Redis to achieve the synchronization and sharing of the Session for purpose of ensuing data consistency.Through the interface of Baidu Maps API,the relevant information of street lamps can be visual y displayed in real time.Historical data of streetlights is plotted by using Highcharts,it is convenient for users to inquire relevant information of power consumption and manage street lamps.Combined with the key technologies of the design,the software structure design of the cloud server,the design of the communication module,the optimization design of Nginx load balancing algorithm,and the detailed design of each function module of the server are completed.Finally,the function and performance of the server are tested,and the functions in this design have been successful y implemented,including user management,policy control,electricity consumption statistics,fault alarm,and map display.The test results show that the system communication is stable and the interface is friendly.The optimized Nginx load balancing algorithm greatly improves the performance of the system and facilitates future system expansion.
