Use of online customer servicesystem as an online exchange to become the inevitable choice of police information.WEB online customer service system is a complete web site customer service andsupport system, to meet the needs of the professional website for customer service,improve the user experience, improve customer relationship, and further improve thesite features. Research online customer service system in order to pass adaptive tomeet the basic service functions on the basis of custom features, with higher, give fullplay to the concept of service interfaces for various applications, in particular, theexisting police the platform provides a complete interface and a quick call to achieveseamless integration with existing systems, thereby enhancing the level and standardof government, business website to promote further restructuring and upgrading of thewebsite service functions, and continuously meet the needs of users of web services.Online customer service system is the use of B/S structure Web services-basednetwork applications.
