Abrasion is one of the main factors that influent machinery equipment’s reliability and service life. Metallic particles produced by abrasion suspend and move within lubricating oil when machine on run. So the metallic particles in lubricating oil reflect the level of wear and fatigue induced damage in the mechanical equipments. At present oil debris sensor is a popular measurement device, and it is used to detect the state of lubricating oil condition. This sensor generates an output signal about a metallic particle through it. By analyzing the detected signal, we can estimate the size and number of metallic particles present in the lubricating oil and evaluate the health status of the mechanical equipment. So people can improve equipment management level, running status and operation efficiency of equipment, ensure equipments’work safety, reduce stops non-planned, predict maintenance and repair equipment according to its condition. Thus reduce equipments’maintenance cost and prolong their service life. However, the signal we acquired by the oil debris sensor is disturbed by various noises, just like the background noise present, hardware noise and vibration noise and so on. These interferences may influent the equipment estimate. Then we will make a wrong maintenance decisions. This article makes process to the interference, and obtained a certain result.This paper mainly expounds the test platform structure of on-line oil debris monitoring system, namely the fuel cycle device and computer control system. This paper completed the design of fuel cycle device and the choice of its various components. This device provides a test platform for all kinds of test on oil debris sensor. This device provides cyclic lubricating oil, and it can change parameters of debris. This let people do further performance testing and research. Computer control system contains the design of lower computer and PC. Last by adopting Virtual Instrument technique and LabVIEW graphic programming software, as well as the data acquisition PCI-1200from NI, an effective Real-time data acquisition and Filter system was developed combining with the features of debris signals monitored in oil, then make an analysis of signal. The fuel cycle device developed by this paper can meet the needs of the oil debris sensor test. The design of data acquisition and filtering process can be a very good handle on data acquisition and filter work.
