Development ofweighing preparation device only through simple touch screen input for preparation ofgas standard material component gas, gas, filling pressure, dilution of the expectedconcentration and other parameters, without any manual intervention and calculation,control software that automatically calculates the component gas filling quality,according to the raw material gas and preparation of cylinder pressure differenceautomatic control of preparation the aeration flow, complete weighing preparation of allwork, and according to the actual filling quality finish preparation concentrationcalculation and the concentration value of uncertainty evaluation. Make use of gasstandard materials prepared by weighing method work becomes very simple, convenient,fast, to adapt to the demand of social and economic development.This system adopts the next-bit machine automatic inflation system, PC hardware withSamsung’s ARM11structure of the S3C6410microprocessor, embedded operatingsystem by Microsoft Corporation, mobile computing platform based on Windows CE6.0embedded system, it is an open, scalable, based on32bit embedded palmtop computerelectronic equipment operating system, with strong real-time performance, scalability,security and reliability. The use of Visual Studio2008embedded software design, using5.6inch touch screen as display data and the user interactive input.The software has the following functions:1databases: storage of60common gas molar mass, different gas in different pressure difference delta P ball valve opening angle(flow) table, process requirements, the calculation formula of parameterinformation;2the data acquisition function: timely collect the cylinder pressure,preparation bottle quality parameters such as data;3Analysis of processing functions:the timely acquisition of the various types of parameters and process parameters arecompared and analyzed, determine the operative procedures, preparationresults;4executive function: according to the technological requirements and the resultsof data analysis is chosen to perform the appropriate procedures, complete the standardgases preparation.Lower machine built using12ADC C8051F410, complete data4way pressureacquisition, simultaneous control of4way valve drive, the software uses the KeilSoftware company produced keil using C language on the machine driven programming,lower PC based on RS232communication. |
