With the development of computer, microelectronic and communications technology,industrial control technology is developed rapidly. The requirements of informationtechnology of the traditional heating equipment control systems for high processing capability,real-time multi task, network communications and ultra-low power are getting higher andhigher. On the basis of analyzing the control principleļ¼Œapplication and features of the highfrequency heating furnace, a high frequency heating furnace temperature control system basedon touch-screen controller is researched and designed, which is combined with thecharacteristics and advantages the of embedded systems. The main research content andresults are as follows:This paper discusses the overall structural design of the touch-screen control system.Combined with the analysis and comparison of the embedded processor and its operatingsystem, this paper selects the OKS3C6410microcontroller as a special control chip, andchooses the WinCE6.0as the embedded operating system. And at the same time, the hardwaremodule design of the heating control system based on the ARM11touch-screen controller isillustrated, which includes five aspects: memory modules, display modules, touch pad module,keyboard module and Ethernet module. And then, the interface circuit of temperaturecontroller is designed, and the temperature controller is also algorithm researched anddesigned.In order to simplify the design and development of application software, this paper hasmade a reasonable reduction design and implementation to the WinCE6.0embeddedoperating system. On this basis, it has also made a development and implement to thetemperature control system, which has achieved good control quality by applying it tohigh-frequency furnace temperature control system.The control system we developed and designed has the function of displaying thereal-time process parameters and enabling the user to set the work piece heating process curve.And by means of PID modulator and adjusting PWM duty cycle, the current operatingfrequency of high frequency heating furnace is controlled, reaching the power output powerof heating process curve requirement. a good heating control of the high-frequency heatingfurnace for billets is implemented. It can meet the userā€™s needs through experimentalverification. The design of high frequency heating furnace temperature control system based on touch-screen controller can effectively control the temperature of the billet is heated, whichimproves productivity, reduces costs and defect rate, and facilitates the operation of theoperating.
