Paperboard movement control system、swingingarm control system、adsorption chip/pasting position chip control system and negativepressure control system are put forward by analysis the quality of typical chip mountercontrol system at home and abroad. And the cooperative control system is put forwardtoo. The software and hardware system is designed in this thesis.The mockup of chip mounter is manufactured to verify the design rationality. Theexperiment showed that the control system of chip mounter can meet the challenge.
