Placement machine is one of the most important devices for SMT production line, fully combines the modern precision machinery, electromechanical integration, photoelectric technology, and computer control technology, etc. It has realized the electronic assembly industry towards high speed, high precision, intelligent.This dissertation main research the key technology of the control system of high speed and high efficiency mounter specially used for LED, especially for path optimization and control algorithm, research and development a set of high speed and high efficient control system. The research includes:1. Studying several typical optimization algorithm for path optimization, mainly including taboo search algorithm, genetic algorithm, ant colony optimization algorithm and so on. Firstly introducing the basic principle and process of genetic algorithm and taboo algorithm, then comparing the three algorithms, according to the results of the comparison and analysis, putting forward the mixed algorithm of genetic algorithm and taboo algorithm as a solution algorithm for PID parameter setting and the problem of path optimization, and discussing improving way to the algorithm.2. Introducing the composition, classification and its control requirements of high speed and high efficiency mounter specially used for LED, PID algorithm and its control principle, putting forward PID controller based on Genetic-Taboo algorithm, And simulating through the Matlab, results show that the PID controller based on Genetic-Taboo algorithm has better stability and faster response speed and higher dynamic characteristics, meet the requirements of high speed,high efficiency and high precision.3. Introducing SMT process and several kinds of high efficiency process, establishing path optimization model, on the basis of the theory of Glover, using genetic and taboo algorithm, realizing path optimization.4. According to this machine’s structural characteristics and requirements, using industrial computer+GT to set PID controller parameters and path optimization, design the control system of high speed and high efficiency mounter specially used for LED. Conclusions:For the request of high speed and high efficiency mounter specially used for LED control system, On the basis of the theory of Glover, Genetic-Taboo algorithm was proposed, the compound control algorithm is applicated in PID control to improve the precision and stability of the system, to speed up the response of the system, should also have strong ability of anti-interference.For the problem of the path optimization, using Genetic-Taboo algorithm, is to reduce assembly time as far as possible under the condition of guarantee the PCB assembly accuracy, in order to improve the production efficiency of the system.Genetic-Taboo algorithm is applied to control system of mounter specially used for LED, through debugging, this control system has the characteristics of high precision and high speed, Placement rate reached more than30000CPH, placement accuracy reach0.03mm, realizing high speed and high efficiency control, meet the requirements of the LED industry.
