Based On The Pattern Of Electronic Map Room Management Platform Design And Implementation Of The Police

With the rapid development of information society, electronic map is increasinglypopular in the construction of modern information project, and the country has seen aseries of success stories in the combination of the WEB electronic maps andinformation management systems. However, the high production cost of the WEBelectronic map and human cost of introducing the map engine into the system makes abarrier to many small-scale information management systems. Although someelectronic map provides free use of the API call interface, the data processing is neithertimely nor flexible and thus largely restricted the application of WEB electronic map inthe small-scale information management systems.The purpose of this project is to realize, by combining an actual developmentproject--Policing Information Management System and using.NET developmentplatform connected to database, functions like management of population, public place,special trade, work object, and information inquiry; and explore new ideas on electronicmap realization with the hot zone feature of the web images, and, based on the use offoreground script, complete the dynamic partition of the hot zone on the image, markand manage information on background image, and process data according to differenttypes of label.This project is based on VS2005development platform and SQL SERVER2000database, has achieved a low-cost, flexible and simple electronic map mode and realizedhot zone partition, marking of information point and two-way search function betweentext and map.
