Pipe-line information system regards pipe-line spatial information and pipe-line attribute information as its core. In order to managing pipe-line's information, it makes use of geography information system technology, computer graphic technology, database technology and information visualization technology. It is a result of digital modern civilization society. It is propitious to society developing, economy increasing and people's life earring through smoothly. It has very important meaning for pipe-line's layout, build, and management. The three-dimension pipe-line information system based on web is provided in this paper after analyzing those defects general pipe-line information system have. It contains:1. The system adopts J2EE standard and MVC design model. It is a Web application that is component, n-tiers and distributing. It implements pipe-line's information to be received, shared and released.2. The system uses JAVA3D technology to organize and show the pipe-line's spatial information. The data-organizing mode of the three-dimension pipe-line scene graphic is designed according to JAVABD's data structure.3. The pipe-line's spatial data structure is abstracted through analyzing pipe-line's spatial data-organizing mode. The system implements pipe-line graphic to be build dynamically by using spatial database retrieval technique.4. The system makes use of spatial analytic expression to analyze pipe-line's spatial data and build pipe-line spatial information topology relation. It implements the spatial data to be obtained effectively and to be organized scientifically.5. It designs some key arithmetic of three-dimension graphic dealing and pipe-line spatial analyze. According to the characteristics of pipe-line data, the collision detection arithmetic is improved.
