The Research Of The Real-time Leakage Detection And Location Of GULUODONG Oil-pipe-line

This paper has studied the real-time leakage detection and the location method of the GULUODONG oil-pipe-line. It firstly gives the overview of the domestic leakage detection methods, and determines the scheme, the direction and the route, based on the contrast of these methods. Then deeply analyzes the detection principles, the methods, the main factors of the pressure wave, and studies the leakage location methods. In hardware design, mainly contains the selection of the pressure and flow sensors and the acquisition devices. The system has resolved the location problem of small leakage by use of RTU on the specific pipeline where leakage frequently occurs, and reduced false alarm due to the process operation inside the station and enhanced the comprehensive performance by use of double pressure detection. The software design mainly covers the program diagram of the field data acquisition, as well as the application design of data analysis module and parameter setting module etc. Finally the paper taking LABVIEW7.1 and MATLAB6.5 as the development kit, presents detailed analysis of the field data and the system implement, and the correctness proof of the analysis research and the designs. Better effect has been obtained from the practice application.
