Broadly speaking,"Store" contains all the business processes of commercial enterprise logistics information system. Logistics as a "Third Profit Source" has been given high priority by most commercial enterprises. And commercial enterprise logistics information system as the main difference between modern commercial logistics and traditional commercial logistics plays a very important role in commercial enterprise logistics system, so commercial enterprise logistics information system is also referred to as the nervous system of the commercial enterprise logistics system. With the rapid development of knowledge economy and information technology, e-commercial application has been widely used in commercial enterprise. However, with the appearance and development of e-commercial, e-commercial as a brand new operating mode has a very large infect on commercial enterprise logistics system. The mode of organization, business processes and capabilities of the system’s link in the commercial enterprise logistics system has undergone tremendous changes. Because of this, commercial enterprise logistics information system has to make the appropriate changes and adjustments to accommodate e-commercial environment to use the weapon to improve the core competitiveness of the commercial enterprise itself.This article has conduct in-depth study on commercial enterprise logistics information system under the e-commercial environment. Firstly, the article introduced the situation of the commercial enterprise logistics’development and problems to be solved urgently. And then summarize the relevant experts and scholars’research results in the fields of logistics information system and related theory. The body of the article firstly establishes business processes in all job links of the commercial enterprise logistics’activities on the basis of detailed investigation of commercial enterprise logistics. And according to the established business processes, I used the system simulation software to construction a system simulation model. Then I analysis the running results of the simulation model。Through the analysis, the article solved the problems in the actual and verified the business processes established before. After verifying the effectiveness of business processes, I use the UML(Unified Modeling Language) to build a detailed model of the commercial enterprise logistics information system. At last, the article sets out that the establish of the commercial enterprise logistics information system is a complex and long-term process. And the article pointed out the gaps and shortcomings of this article as well as future research directions.
