Design And Implementation Of Management System For Enterprise Commercial Bills

With the rapid development of IT and the information technology of banking industries, the applications of corporate commercial bills have a good foundation. Commercial bills, an important part of corporate activities funds, play a very important role in the economic activities of enterprises. Commercial bills are always used in the enterprise activities of foreign economic collection and payment settlement; Nowadays, Commercial bills is not only used for external collection and payment settlement, but also often used for the internal settlement, this is not unusual for many subsidiaries of large enterprises.This thesis based on the commercial bills that used by large enterprises, raises an overall solution which included requirements analysis, design, implementation and applications. The developed system consists of initial setup, bills receivable management, bills payable management, bills refund and bills queries, achieves the requirements of commercial bills conformity and management. As a matter of fact, it can be also flexibly configured according to the situation of different enterprises. What’s more, it is linked to the budget system, credit system, commissioned the collection and payment systems, finance and cash management system. Finally, it achieve banks and enterprises directly connected through the collection and payment system, and finally services to the economic activities and funds fast moving in the external and internal timely of enterprises.This system following J2EE1.5and EJB2.1specification, relay on the NC-UAP platform and IBM Webshpere Middleware, develops by Eclipse IDE and UI factory design pattern. The thesis take full consideration of code reusability, portability and maintainability, and finally through software testing, stable operation.
