So teachers training management system is very important.This paper gives Hunan province’s teacher training background, and we get and analysis the business on the basis of the system overall business needs, and then we combining with the current major development of technology, puts forward the design scheme of the system of teacher training. This paper first gives field survey and user research, the system business needs analysis, after demand analysis,we cut the system administrator division system application module, the student application module, the network teaching module and operation maintenance module and other modules. We use the use case diagram describes the needs of the users. Then we give the system outline design and detailed design. In the outline design process, described the design of the system function structure division, the summary of the system design of several important principle, simple introduces the system of the overall arrangement of system after the detailed design. In the process of detailed design, we use class diagram and the sequential diagram detailed design of the system was introduced. In this paper, according to the design of database system steps, the entity relationship chart, and concludes that the system of database table of the physical structure and the relationship between the tables. In the realization of the process, the main key technologies are simply described, and use the system operating system eventually realize the screenshots show results.
