With the popularization of university education,more and more students enter a higher school,a sharp increase in the number of College students.The employment problem of college students has become increasingly prominent,in order to solve the problem of students in the field,knowledge of the industry and occupation quality aspects can adapt to the demand of the enterprise.Practice and training to become an indispensable part of Higher Vocational colleges.Training in the process of student,the need for students in the training phase,the training task training courses,training teachers,training results evaluation of all aspects of education,employment arrangements for coordination management.The task time is tight,heavy workload;therefore,how to use WEB technology,make the educational administration,teachers and students liberated from a lot of work has become the top priority of Higher Vocational colleges.This article elaborated based on the B/S model,the process of design and development of training management system based on JSP+SSH+MYSQL technology.The system is divided into two parts front and back,front to achieve student login,published training speech,training classes of queries,query training query results,place of employment,employment information inquiry and so on;the background to achieve the educational administration,curriculum and resources,system management,maintenance of foreground configuration management.After the actual test,to achieve the expected goal of the system design.The research work of this paper are as follows:(1)discusses the background,the purpose and significance of this research,current situation at home and abroad.(2)the demand analysis and feasibility study for the system to carry on the elaboration separately from the system practical,economic and technical.(3)the system is carried on the overall and detailed design of function modules,and gives the main implementation method.(4)the system is tested,and the test method,test cases and test results are given.(5)summary of the research work,points out the insufficiency,and the future development is prospected.
