The Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Call-Out System For Temple Education

With the rapid development of the mobile communications industry, the importance of call-out service in telemarketing is more and more prominent. Call-out service is in the guiding ideology of active services and database marketing, and contacts target customer with purpose, through the "intelligent call-out system", it establishes good communication bridge with customers, understands the user, opinions and demands and initiatively propagandize to customer about the company new policies, new preferential, and recommend new business; Having call back to new net customers timely about the net service attitude, product quality and use conditions; In the process of call-out calling back, we realize the purpose of retaining and expanding the number of customers.This paper uses object-oriented software engineering thought, and describes the design and implementation process of intelligent call-out system for Tianpu education through UML standard modeling language. Through the UML use case analysis, this paper describes the functional requirements of the system, the system functions are divided into four functional module:system administrator management, system establishment, the tenant system call center management and marketing task. Through system function structure design and technology architecture design, this paper describes the system general design, by package structure description, and has detailed system design process with the help of configuration file description, and class structure design and timing figure description, by database model, and has system database design by the E_R figure and database table structure design description, last by show system function implementation effect figure, it describes the system implementation function, and by activities figure, it shows the system function implementation process. The establishment of intelligent call-out system, provides intelligent information platform for Tianpu education telephone marketers, changes the cumbersome and inconvenient dial of traditional telephone, increasing the efficiency of telemarketing.Intelligent call-out system is developed by using object-oriented Java programming language, and is designed and realized based on B/S model WEB technology and Struts+Hibernate+Spring framework. The system uses SQL Server2005as database server, and specifically implements administrator function management, system design and its tenant system call center management and marketing task function. Through the administrator function management, it realizes user list management, number management and tenants statistics; Through the system setting, it realizes the restart server, account list management, modify password and exit from the system function; Through the tenants system call center management, it realizes the pews information management, extension list, set of skills, team set up and key definitions. Through the call center management, tenants can set up their own virtual call center based data; Through the marketing task management, it achieves a task list management, call-out list management, blacklist management, sound list management and tasks collect function.Intelligent call-out system sets program-controlled exchange of technology, computer technology, networking and database technologies in one, according to operation mode of the marketing, using advanced technology, reliable performance of the call-out platform for call handling and operational support equipment, so it offers a variety of flexible business processes for customers with manual and auto services. Enterprises can according to their own business needs, choose the most appropriate business processes, accelerating the process of informatization.
