In recent years, a wide variety of Call Centers emerged. However, the market for corporate marketing on the most commonly used, and the most stable are also PBX Call Centers. View of the current Call Centers showed diversity, flexible variability characteristics, develop a hardware platform for different and provide an open data interface and process control software system market are urgently needed.Through summing up the telecommunications industry for many years, experience with a number of industries and enterprises through the conversation and research, summed up a set of effective Call Center operations to generate express ways. Relying on sophisticated computer technology, the completion of the Call Centers business generated the system design and development of software modules. The system contains a total of CTI services module, voice control module, the exchange control module, manual, on-line service control module, such as four modules, the use of the system has successfully completed one company's Call Center work, to provide customers with access from the telecommunications analysis into an integrated marketing solutions, through the practice has proved that the system design and implementation methods to meet different industry needs of different business models and effective conservation of the construction and post-operational costs, greatly improved the work of call center efficiency.
