The aim of call center system is to provide good service to customers, to know customers' need and to take action in time. So the company can win the new round competition about service quality.Unicall system is a call center system which is designed based on J2EE. The outbound marketing module in Unicall system is for the external marketing. With other inbound modules, the system implements an integrated closed loop management. The outbound marketing module is mainly responsible for the investigation and consultation which can know customers' need in time and establish the good connection between company and customers.The paper is mainly about the design and implementation of the outbound marketing module. First it introduces that what is the call center and why we should establish the call center system, then it says something about the Unicall system. Using the object-oriented modeling theory, the paper emphasizes the concrete design of outbound marketing module. It points out the need analysis including use case analysis, state analysis and the flow design; also it defines the concrete business object model and database entity relationship model. At last the paper exhibits the important page layout about outbound marketing module.
