Remote controller with network infrared is a long distance intelligentcontroller, which mainly remote monitoring the environmental parameters such astemperature and humidity, etc. Via network and controlling the infrared emissiondata to remote control equipment and further to achieve the automatic monitoring oftemperature and humidity for remote environment.To the production of remote controller with network infrared, it would be moretime-consuming and have higher technical requirement to testing personnel if usingtraditional manual testing method. Especially in current enterprises with steadyincreasing of labor cost and employee turnover, replacing professional automatictesting equipment with manual operation as much as possible would haveconsiderably practical significance.The purpose of studying automatic testing of network infrared remote controlleris to find a testing model, that automatic testing would be realized when producingthe network infrared remote controller and then to control production qualityaccording to the testing result. On the base of the functional features of networkinfrared remote controller, the main task of testing is to receive data throughnetwork communication and infrared remote control in order to determine the testednetwork infrared remote controller is qualified and further to control productquality.This paper uses the model of PC+MCU to describe the MCU hardware facture,MCU software programming simulator, the function an interface programmed byVB for PC.MCU will realize the function of monitoring the testing signal,measuring the temperature and humidity, receiving infrared signal and sound andlight reminding of testing result, etc. The focus of PC’s functions is to achieve theinitialization network communications and data communications, test results andhuman-computer interaction interface statistics stored functions. PC and MCUcommunicate through the serial port to connect interactive, a division of labor toachieve the overall function of the completion of this project. |
