With the expansion of the pharmaceutical enterprise production scale, the drug product warehouse area is also increased. Due to the effective area of the temperature and humidity control system is limited, therefore, it require multiple control system at the same time to ensure that the environmental temperature and humidity requirements of work in the large pharmacy warehouses. In along with the increase of the temperature and humidity control systems, the interference problem between adjacent systems is more and more prominent. In view of the large drug mutual interference between temperature and humidity control systems and the problem of finished product warehouse storing drugs metamorphic caused by severe environmental temperature and humidity changes, in order to avoid the mutual interference between control systems in the warehouse, this paper puts forward a kind of pharmaceutical finished products warehouse many fan coordinated control systems.First, this paper is studied for the fan more collaborative structure design of the control systems, made the more fan the general structure of the coordinated control systems and designed the system overall structure block diagram by the analysis of system function; At the same time, according to the structure characteristics of this system, this paper designs the collaborative control communication channel and execute measurement system, and presents the overall structure, introducing its working principle and software composition and part of the selection of hardware.Then, the cooperative control method in this article is studied. This article uses the cross coupling coordinated control strategy, and on the basis of the coordinated control strategy, coalescing fuzzy PID control algorithm, thus reducing the restriction factors of single between more fan models, in the influence of single fan control accuracy being not affected, avoiding the negative influence of temperature and humidity by the mutual interference between more fans. At the same time, combining with the OPC communication technology, fan more coordinated control algorithm and control system is united, and uses software to control system, avoiding to the specialized hardware controller, which reduces the cost control. Design coordinated control communication channel, to provide signal transmission platform for the whole control system, and make the control system can complete the coordinated control of the controlled object, which is closer to the actual industrial control requirements.More fan collaborative control systems is made the simulation experiment by MALTAB software, by means of the analysis of joining collaborative control strategy and not, proved the more fan coordinated control systems which designed in this paper can reduce the mutual interference between the fans effectively, avoided to leading to local warehouse temperature and humidity unusually, so it can satisfy the demands of the environment of temperature and humidity which in the large-scale drug product warehouse, the control effect is superior to the fan separate control effect. And the cost of the coordinated control strategy implementation is small, and it is easy to operate and maintain and promote in the actual production. In the process of research and analysis, the system actuator model of the temperature control and humidity control is similar, and the analysis process is consistent. To avoid giving unnecessary details, in this paper, I take the temperature control to study the system of rugs finished-parts storage temperature and humidity more fans coordinated control.
