Intelligent Monitoring Of Navigation Technology Research

At present, the Marine electronic equipments are relatively independent withoutunification of applications of each product and high rate of utilization of each terminalproducts data.Along with the increasing attention of ship navigation safety from the IMO anddomestic and international ship supervision department, and the high requirements of shipelectronic products performance and reliability from ship drivers, ship navigation monitoringsystems are required to meet growth demand for their intelligence and integrated applications,which is driving the electronic products to the direction digitally,automatically,intelligently,and comprehensively.The technology of ship navigation monitor is evolving from the single to integratedsystem and there is a growing trend towards network development of current marineelectronic products, especially such as powerful comprehensive monitoring navigationsystem.Because of continually exchanging data of each subsystem, it is vital for theinformation transmission. We are facing the subject that how to build anintelligent,comprehensive and high reliable ship monitoring navigation platform productswith current relevant marine monitoring, navigation, communication and network technologyin the world.This paper mainly states as follows:（1）Summing up marine electronic products at present; Based on the requirements ofthe IMO and related technology of marine equipment, putting forward an idea of the shipintelligent monitoring navigation system.（2）In line with the existing Marine equipment,establishing the overall planning ofequipment system based on the fulfillment of system function; Proposing a scheme of thewhole system design and the key technology.（3）Put forward a hardware circuitry design theory;optimize system functions;analysethe key technological theory applying for promotion of the system performance and practicalapplication.（4）Being aimed at the design function, taking test analysis, summarizing andanalyzing the test results.（5）Putting forward the direction of the system expansions and applications and theideas of marine electronic intelligence monitoring navigation technology development.
