| Maritime CCTV is not only a mean of image information acquisition , but also an effective mean of maritime supervision. It has been widely applied to maritime supervision and salvage. At present, maritime departments are actively promoting the maritime digitization and intelligece building, which asks for the new linkage to the traditional maritime CCTV. This paper has studied the intelligent linkage of maritime CCTV and ECDIS objectives, whose the main context and innovation points as follows:(1)The control algorithm of PTZ cameraEstablishment of the reference coordinate system which is the cartesian coordinate system being parallel to WGS-84 geodetic coordinate system.The camera coordinate system of initial position is established.Based on methods of affine transformation from computer vision, the maritime CCTV PTZcamera control algorithm which is suitable for different latitude is proposed. Various error factors of the algorithm were analyzed on the maritime scene.The accuracy of the algorithm was tested by experiment.(2)The smart matching algorithm of CCTV image target and AIS (VTS) target based on ECDISThe mapping relation from window to viewport has been used to infer the conversion relationship between screen coordinates and image coordinates. By using of basic computer vision knowledge,the relationship between geographic coordinates and image coordinates has been derived. Deduction of the relationships between screen coordinates, image coordinates and geographic coordinates. The algorithm of CCTV image target localization based on maritime scene is proposed. Base on ECDIS maritime information platform, application design of intelligent target matching. Virtual control area of PTZCamera is proposed whose application is designed. The accuracy of the algorithm was tested by experiment.(3)The intelligent linkage system of maritime CCTV which is based on ECDISThe system platform structure and the main function are proposed. The system software is designed by using of modular design. The system interface and menu options are proposed, and the block diagram of the system menu processing is built . |
