In the modern energy shortage society, low concentration gas is getting the attention of the world as a new clean energy. More and more experts called for that the low concentration gas should be comprehensively used in order to achieve the purpose of its reuse. At present, the low concentration as fuel gas to generate electricity is the most effective use of the way, but low concentration power generation is the most difficult point is how to ensure the safety of the gas transport low concentration.This topic research the low concentration gas power generation system security gas transmission process of intelligent control. Use the most direct and the energy saving but most difficult to control low concentration gas’s transmission. The coal gas and air extraction for fully mixing ratio, and finally made up with less than5%of the concentration of the lower limit gas explosion safety, again it is sent to the subsequent generator used as the fuel for power generation.Safety gas transmission system has many variables, and strong coupling. Put the ideas of fuzzy control clever application to the decoupling control process, puts forward a more suitable for gas safety of gas system fuzzy decoupling control strategy. It will work in practical production personnel have accumulated the rich operation experience, and fuzzy decoupling, fuzzy control and expert control and other advanced technologies, can better suited to the controlled object extremely complicated system, the control to achieve outstanding quality. This control system adopts embedded ARM processor S3C2410as the master chip to design the whole control system hardware general structure. The design of the software is based on embedded WinCE operation system and EVC application software to fulfill. Using advanced sensor technology to achieve the real-time monitoring system. Design a good man-machine interface, convenient on site working staff of the status of the system control. Finally, through the MATLAB software SIMULINK module to the control system by simulation output curve.Through the analysis of the output curve, overshoot small, short setting time, can achieve good control effect. Verify the intelligent fuzzy decoupling control strategy of the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.
