| In a long time, China Mobile's Business & operation support System (BOSS) through continuous evolution. Real-time, accurate as the core, to build a world-class business support system as our goal to improve the degree of standardization, to more effectively support business development. In the face of increasingly fierce international competition and the 3G era of the individual needs of diverse users, China Mobile in order to attract more users, provide better services and international standards, make the decision to upgrade the existing BOSS system, the establishment of a new generation of business operation support system achieve a unified interface, unified platform, unified service, unified standards and uniform quality requirements, to achieve efficient management of information resources and agile response to customers'demand.Firstly, this article introduce operation support system (BOSS) necessarily, and then objectively analysis the construction of the existing status of China Mobile BOSS system, summarized the current system's problems and the new 3G era of customer needs, get a result that is the need for a transformation. on the basis of domestic and international experience and China's specific national conditions, proposed construction of a new generation of China Mobile BOSS system and logical structure of the general idea, based on the overall business process, from the perspective of the whole system, change the original BOSS system and the customer service hotline system that is built by patch-type, through decoupled and integration into the structure refreshed and clear CRM and NGBOSS two parts, form a clear structure, function and clearly defined, highly shared data system. Then, introduced the key modules of its transformation in upgrading the NGBOSS system. Describe its transformation plan in detail, combinated the future development trend creativity, the construction of the module are discussed, put forward my own views and ideas. Finally, made summary of NGBOSS,made the implementation of 4G's coming, obtained the conclusion, that BOSS will has a lot of new changes need to be addressed, so the BOSS system must advance in all the time, only by constantly upgrading, it can response the faster and better support business need.
