With the development of China's industrialization, the embedded systems have becoming increasingly closer in our lives. Because of the reliability and stability and development characteristics of Windows desktop, makes the operating system Wince5.0 becoming the first choice of more and more embedded product development. With the embedded system its own characters,more and more product use the Touch Screen as a human machine interface and then replaces the mouse and keyboard etc internal peripheral. The system has been widely used in public places such as banking, stores and GPS navigators, safety monitoring, intelligent instrument and data transmission and collection..This paper analyze the research condition at home and abroad and the developing trend of Touching Screen, then introduce the Wince system's structural function and develop procedure based on it. Using S3C2410 as a processor to design the Touching Screen model which is based on Wince 5.0 embedded operation system. The text elaborate Bootloader structure of Wince 5.0, designing and implement of OAL, acquiring the specific outcome by using the OAL'S main FU. This paper obtain the develop procedure through analyzing the BSP's develop method based on wince 5.0 of the S3C2410. after elaborating 4-wire resistive Touching Screen's work theory, equipment driving procedure model of Wince 5.0, equipment driving structure and principle of disruption disposal, this paper develop the Wince 5.0 touching screen's driving procedure and introduce the critical technology used in the process of the Touching Screen driving development.Based on Wince 5.0 operation system, the achievement, coming up to the characteristic of real-timing and accuracy, reaching the prospective performance standard, was used in GPS navigator system of DLMU shipping navigation company.A high reference value to the driving procedure of touching screen based on wince 5.0 and S3C2410. It also has some reference value to transplantation subject based on ARM and wince operation system.Finally, some disadvantages and shortcomings of the system has been given, together with the future working task in this field.
