Driving control system is one of the key equipment of the application of microfluidic system. According to the faults of existing driving control system which based on Piezoelectric ceramic, such as large size, high power consumption, unstable output signal, etc. this paper designed a microfluidic driving control system based on ARM technology by the embedded design method. First the processor of this system used the32bits ARM920T chip S3C2410of SAMSUNG, it overcame the faults of large size and high power consumption of driving control system. Second, the amplifier circuit of the system chose high-pressure op-amp instead of separation device, it improved effectively the stability and reliability of the system. Finally. the system successful implanted embedded operating system Linux platform and chose the QT/Embedded graphics system, it not only convenient the system application software development and achieve a better human-computer interaction effect.This paper briefly described the application background and design requirements of the micro fluid drive control system, and specifically designed the system hardware modules and software modules. The system hardware modules included ARM signal generator module, D/A module and power amplifier module. The system software modules includes the transplantation of embedded operating system Linux platform, the construct of QT/Embedded graphics system and the design of application software which realized the drive control functions.Finally, this paper tested the micro fluid driving control system from the system performance index, the actual driver effect and reliability. The test result is good. Through the test research, it shows the micro fluid driving control system has lots of advantages, such as high precision, fast response, drive ability, good stability and convenient debug, etc.Figure40table4reference64...
