Public Security Special Laboratory Under Private Network Video Monitoring System Design And Implementation

In recent years, along with the rapid development of global informatization, it has entered every aspect of our lives. The works of Police informatization becomes an important means of improving the police work efficiency, promoting the police reform, improving the ability of prevention of crime and crime control. In order to solve the problems of information security followed with Police informatization, countries began the "Golden Shield Project", set up the Police Private Network which is the basic of Police informatization realization. In order to guarantee the Police Private Network security, the Ministry of Police has developed the rules which forbidden the "dual-purpose" computers in the private network and use a variety of methods to control. How to manage the computer in private network better, ensure the network safety, especially in the use of police private network for teaching and training in the police colleges, how to eliminate "dual-purpose" occurs, how to control and address the violations become very important and urgent tasks.This paper first discusses the background of the Police Private Network, network information security technology, analyses the safety management situation of special laboratory in the Police Private Network, then put forward to introduce video monitoring system for laboratory safety management methods, improve the management level. The use of video monitoring system concept and technology related to Police Private Network video monitoring system design for the laboratory. In the special laboratory video monitoring system needs and function are analyzed in detail, using video acquisition card, Microsoft Access database technology, C#language and Visual Studio development platform for the system of research and development, realize the user login, user management, video monitoring, control, video playback snapshot operation function.The system has already been in special laboratory for use, and achieved good results. It can be used in more special laboratories after perfect the functions and the interface of the system. It has more practical value and significance for guaranteeing Police Private Network security and improving the special laboratory management efficiency.
