In this paper, we design and implement an online translation system based on android platform, which is combined with mobile cloud computing related technologies. We elaborate develop models and methods for compute-intensive oriented applications, which provide effective solutions and reference for compute-intensive applications.With traditional server, it’s difficult to upgrade, maintain, manage and expansion our deployed applications, and also the development cost is high. These are the key issues that affect the mobile terminal performance of compute-intensive applications. To solve these problems, first we have a research of mobile cloud system architecture, elastic cloud computing technologies, open source IaaS platform OpenNebula, load balancing technology based on LVS (Linux Virtual Server) and Android based multi-threaded development. Then combined with this translation system, we proposed a develop model and system architecture for compute-intensive oriented mobile applications under mobile cloud computing environment. We did a basic research for application dynamic partition of mobile cloud computing environment to improve and optimize the way of development, deployment, running and using of traditional mobile application, by effective management of virtual resource, providing scalable and high availability network service. In this way, the whole system is dynamic scalable. Finally, we offer specific methods to achieve and testing results of the online translation system, which is combined with mobile cloud computing related technologies,to verify effectiveness of the development model and system architecture which we proposed in the paper.
