In recent years,mobile communications technology has been advancing by leaps and bounds,which promotes the process of medical information construction,and mobile medical service emerges as the times require.Mobile health refers to the use of network communication technologies,such as computers,mobile terminals and satellite communications and other information technology to provide health care and information services.With the large coverage of mobile 4G services and the effective integration of medical industry and information technology,mobile medical service has gained great opportunities for development.The mobile phone as a carrier of mobile medical services,to a certain extent,can solve the problems that have been existing in medical treatment activities,for example,the difficultyin registering for a doctor,lack of time when doctors treat their patients face to face,and uneven distribution of medical resources.But at the same time,due to the hugenessand complexity of medical data and mobile intelligent devices themselves have limitations in terms of calculation and storage,the development of mobile medical services will be faced with challenges and bottlenecksbecause of these problems.The timely emergence and development of cloud computing can effectively solve the above problems.The key technology of cloud computing is distributed computing and distributed storage,which can make use of the distributed hardware and software infrastructure in the network to form a cluster which provides powerful computing and storage services,to achieve the purpose of "heavy cloud,light client".Based on the above research and analysis,this paper responds to the new trend of medical health management.Combining with the current widelyused technology,cloud computing,the writer applies its powerful computing ability and mass data storage capacity to mobile medical field then puts forwarda new mobile medical model-Cloud Health,that based on a cloud platform.In the comparison of features and advantages or disadvantages of different providers of cloud platform,and at the same time,out of the consideration of the compatibility of Android operation system,Google App Engine is chosen to provide the basic functions like searching information of hospitals,doctors,source etc,online appointment registration,online consultation and comment post treatment by deploying the basic medical serviceson Google cloud platform GAE.This Cloud Health service system is a three-tier architecture that includes the cloud platform layer,the healthcare service layer and the mobile application layerThe core function of the cloud platform layer is to provide storage and computing services.The storage is based on the CHFS(Cloud Health File System)distributed file systemThe CHMR(Cloud Health MapReduce)parallel computing model is used to calculate the parallel operation of massive data sets.The healthcare service layer,on the one hand,completes the data interaction betweenAPP application in the mobile device and the cloud platform,on the other hand to provide basic management and basic medical services of the cloud medical platform and other functional service modules Two different Apps are developed for doctors end and patients end on mobile application layer,which is based on Android operation system.Patients have access to medical treatment by connecting the mobile devices to the cloud,and doctors can communicate with patients by handy management tools.E-profile of each patient can be formed by hospital and health care activities notification can be communicated.Thus by connecting the hospital,doctors,patients together via the cloud medical platform,a closed-loop is formed around medical treatment activities,which can alleviate the contradictions between doctors and patients,and improve people'smedical experience.All these show the innovation of Cloud Health in technology and service model.The main content of this paper is completed as follows:1.In this paper,a new model of mobile medical service is proposed,which making full use of the advantages of cloud computing technology.It integrates the rapid processing ability of the cloud platform,high-capacity storage capabilities,convenient interface technology and scalability advantages into the mobile medical service field,thus to solve the limitations of mobile intelligent terminal equipment itself,to promote medical intelligence,to bring people new experiences for medical consultation.2.Based on the above system architecture,the Cloud Health mobile medical system that based on GAE cloud platform is designed and implemented.This system integrated of medical resources,to solve the difficult problem of seeing a doctor.It uses Google App Engine cloud service platform to develop and deploy medical services,connecting hospitals,doctors and patients,providing services such as appointment registration,online consultation,health information,notificationpushing to themajority of patients.3.Through the analysis of the roles and needs of the participants in the medical activities,the client application for Cloud Health based on the Android operating system was developed,including the patient end APP and the doctor end APP.Data and services are stored on the cloud server.Patients through the patient's APP can appointment registration,interrogation,access to health information and health records management,doctors through the doctor end APP for patient management,online Q & A,electronic medical recordsstorage(cloud medical records),difficult disease online expert consultation,the classic medical case research and sharing,so that "medical","teaching","research" combined into one.
