Research On Mobile Information System For Manufacturing Industry Based On Cloud Platform

Mobile communications and Internet technology gets vigorous development,as a combination of the two technologies,mobile Internet technology has also got rapid and comprehensive development,mobile office gradually began to become the trend of office in enterprise.In this paper,a set of manufacturing information mobile office system is designed for the special office environment in manufacturing enterprises,such as gunpowder workshop or high-altitude operations,where the PC equipment is prohibited to use.The enterprise distributed cloud platform is useds as the servicer in this office system.The users install office software that has already been designed on the intelligent mobile device,then connects to the enterprise cloud platform through the wireless network for office to meet the mobile office needs of manufacturing enterprises in special environment.The production in the manufacturing enterprises,especially the discrete manufacturing enterprises,has two features:,small production batch and a wide range of business types.The office system designed the cloud customization module,business customization and deployment is advanced according to the specific requirements.The JSON-format data is used to describe interface customization information and business configuration information,it's the data exchange format between enterprise cloud platform and mobile client.The office application on mobile client was developed based on the Android smartphone operating system.As the mobile client version of common office software can not be customized for specific craft symbols for manufacturing,the system develops a custom control,which supports mixed editing and layout with ordinary text and commonly used special symbols,based on Android platform It can be used for mobile office in manufacturing enterprises to meet the display requirements of manufacturing process symbols On the other hand,the pplication of database in the manufacturing information software is very extensive,however the frequent transmission of data on the network will increase the delay and unreliability of access greatly,in order to enhance the cloud resource access rate,the system designs a fast operation technique based on mirrored memory data to achieve the efficient operation of the memory data in this scene.Finally,combined with the KaiMu Corporation cloud platform,take an example of a part of the production process of quality data collection needs,the practicality of the application in the of manufacturing enterprises is tested and verified.
