The Research On Detection System Of Motion State Of Vessel Crossing Shiplock With Multi-sensors

As the Socio-economic is developing,the inland transportation is developing rapidly too.The development of inland transportation makes the Quantity, the Tonnage,the Volume,the speed increase rapidly,so the inland transportation are becoming more and more inconvenient.Especially when the vessel is crossing shiplock,the transportation accident is more likely to happen and it could cause great damage.In order to make vessel cross the shiplock safely and improve work efficiency,with the use of multi-sensor technology and information processing technology,this paper build state of motion detection system of vessel which is crossing shiplock to solve the problems when vessel is crossing shiplock.Taking full consideration of There Gorges of Yangtze River shiplock,making research of problems when vessel is crossing the shiplock and analyzing all kinds of sensors,This thesis selects appropriate sensors,makes the right replacement for the sensors and builds the state of motion detection system of vessel which is crossing shiplock with the use of multi-sensor technology.This detection system selects camera and Laser range finder as detecting sensors in order to detect the state of vessels.This thesis makes a brief introduction of recent research on vessel state detection; Taking full consideration of Three Gorges of Yangtze River shiplock, making research of problems when vessel is crossing the shiplock,makes it clear that what this detection system is aimed for;Analyzing features of Laser range finder, This thesis designes RS232to CAN system for the information collection of Laser range finder; This thesis builds the soft ware system for vessel state detection across the shiplock,which can collect and display the information of camera and Laser range finder in real time;study digital signal processing technique and process the data received from the designed system;analyze the problems when crossing shiplock and propose evaluation method of ship’s crossing shiplock safely. This thesis builds a ship motion state detection system on multi-sensor technologies, and it can detect some kind of motion state of ship across the ship-lock. This thesis proposes evaluation methods of ship’s crossing shiplock safely and makes sure that ship can cross the shiplock safely.
