With the rapid development of China's growing inland shipping industry,shipping volume,inland shipping has become an important part of our transportation system.Currently,the issue of low operational efficiency and backward management in inland shipping has continued to restrict the development of the shipping industry.Among them,the shiplock's traffic efficiency particularly serious influence inland shipping.In order to ensure the rapid of shipping and efficient passage of ships,for the current domestic situation of bad network shipping management information data system and low-level intelligent process management and low-level automation management can't fully ship lock navigation capability,the authors carried out a detailed study.Thus,according to the shipping characteristics and ship lockage flow,the introduction of radio frequency identification RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)technology,network technology,computer application technology to redesign the ship lockage processes and related business rules,database development technology is adopted to establish a set of locks queuing management system based on queuing theory and signal acquisition algorithm and RFID technology.The system can make the key step in the limit of manual management shipping of ship lockage declaration procedures and charges,overload safety measure,lockage queuing model optimization,ship lock information acquisition,ship status monitoring etc.to maximizing the realization of intelligent,automated management,greatly improving the efficiency of the ship lockage.Combining with the current situation of domestic and international shipping schedule,the author analyzes the situation of inland shipping and capacity of ship lockage,and review and summarize the key factors of low efficiency of inland vessels lockage,such as inefficient lockage declaration and payment,ship overload safety measure,chaotic queuing of various vessels in lock chamber.The authors proposed to establish a low cost,high efficiency intelligent,and automated ship lock queuing management system based on remote active UHF RFID technology,in order to achieve inland vessels less intermittent,slow pause,fast and high efficiency to lockage.The system can achieve automatic declaration and payment,automatic measuring vessel overloading,automatic pre-queuing,real-time monitoring running and queuing situation of inland vessels,and Statistical channel flow,traffic volume etc.(1)This paper studies the Inland vessels sailing conditions and lockage queuing situation,Introduced the advanced technology,such as RFID technology,computer technology,network technology,that Used to implement automatic lockage management.(2)Ships draft directly affects the safe operation of the ship lockage.When the ship lockage,determine whether the overloading of ships by the method of transform water level difference.So,this article calculates overload and draught of the ship by distance of RFID signal transmission and reception in place of method of previous manual measurement.(3)The core issue for the ship lock queuing management is ships combination queuing problem,we make the lock chamber fixed space as a benchmark,before the ship arrived gate,the system makes the navigation ship automatically optimization of permutation and combination by ship's own size.(4)Combining with the queuing theory and related algorithm,the author redesigned the navigation efficiency key steps in ship lockage process include reporting payment,overload checking,chamber queuing,the author reassembled into a new lockage process to achieve the purpose of improving traffic efficiency.
