Design Of The Control System In The Domestic Waste Disposal Transfer Station

With the development of China’s economic and accelerated of urbanization process, a gradual upward trend of waste output is shown, and a serious shortage of garbage disposal facilities and the level lower of garbage disposal have had an important effect on the quality of the urban environment and urban sustainable development. The garbage disposal transfer station is built to achieve the timely collection, processing and transportation of garbage, and to achieve the goal of garbage "minimization, resource recovery, harmless"This paper has used the PLC control technology, fieldbus and configuration monitoring technology, a new control system of garbage disposal has been designed, it mainly contains the following aspects:1. By introducing the garbage disposal transfer station process, control system functional requirements is proposed. Using technology of PLC control, fieldbus technology, configuration and monitoring technology, the overall scheme design of garbage disposal transfer station control system is present.2. On the basis of control overall scheme about garbage disposal transfer station, according to the fieldbus control system configurations, garbage disposal transfer station control systems network structure is designed. Detailed configuration of hardware and software needed to control system is carried out and the configuration of the control system hardware network is finished.3. Based on the overall scheme of the garbage disposal transfer station control system, the overall structure of the control system software is designed to mainly develop PLC program and touch screen interface of the press-fit control system and to complete the monitoring host software development.4. A method of using configuration software script language for control system’s test is proposed in this paper. By the script that can achieve different simulation, it can be completed by a full range of process control system simulation testing. A simulation development platform is built to achieve control system program test, the test results show that this system can realize the expected function, meet the design requirements. The theoretical basis for the garbage disposal transfer station control system designed is provided in this paper to solve the problems encountered in engineering practice, and enhance control system security, coordination and scalability. It meets the urgent needs of the enterprise, and provides a good reference for the control system of control network and information network.
