| The station signal control system is the most critical control system that ensures the train traffic safety and efficient operation in railway operation management process. The station signal control system that is commonly used in our country use computer-based interlocking operation and safe relay to control the field devices. The development of electronic technology, computer-controlled technology and communication technology promotes the station signal control system to develop towards the direction of electronization, miniaturization and modular, which promotes the station signal control system’s simple maintenance and repair, and more efficiency and security.This paper studies the control schemes that are adopted in the existing station signal control system firstly. Based on this, this paper presents an improvement plan of the station signal control system that is based on fieldbus communication network. In the improvement scheme, using fieldbus network exchange information model replace the relays and cables pattern between computer interlocking and signal equipment. After that, this paper studies and compares a variety of fieldbus technologies, and put PROFIBUS-DP communication protocol to use to realize the communications network in station signal control system. Then, through the study of communication theory, technical features and implementation of PROFIBUS-DP communication protocol, this paper selected COMX embedded module of the Hilscher Company to realize DP communication protocol, and make this program demonstrated. Finally, design and implementation the intelligent DP slave, and connect the intelligent DP slave to the computer with master module for communication test.Through the communication test, the intelligent DP slave achieved communication function basically. And proved that design and implementation DP communication module by using COMX module is a method that developing simple, short development cycle and quick batch application. |
