With the consciousness of environmental protection and energy saving and the use of wind gradually more and more attention, wind power industry gradually developed. The characteristics of wind-power blades, which are the key components of wind-power, is costly, production scale, quality control, manufacturing, production process stability control quality of the blade is ventilated electricity. The increasing demand in the market today, how to choose the correct appropriate production mode, guarantee the stable production, production resources efficiently controlled by production enterprises, wind-power blades is to improve performance and based on the market. How to apply information management system in production process management of wind-power blades, improve the production efficiency, reduce the production cost, are the aims of this research.This paper firstly chose the specialized manufacturing production mode as the mass manufacturing from the qualitative and quantitative aspects based on a wind-power blades manufacturer. Then the manufacturing processes were analyzed and optimized based on the new production mode, and the function design and detail design of the production management platform were done. So the production management platform was built to satisfy the actual production demand. The main works were as bellows:1. The situation of the production management of a wind-power blades manufacturer was analyzed and some problems were summarized. Then the current production mode was analyzed qualitatively and the new production mode, which is the specialized manufacturing production mode based on technical objects specialized organization as the mass manufacturing, was designed.2. The current and new production modes were simulated by the witness software. Then the specialized manufacturing production mode was chose for the mass manufacturing through the quantitative comparison.3. The manufacturing processes were analyzed and optimized based on the new production mode. Then the function modules of the production management platform were designed. 4. The database and development platform were designed as the detail design of the production management platform.5. The interface of the production management platform was designed and the production management platform was built by the .NET technology based the Browse/Server framework. Finally, the system test was done.
