I and the company involved in the project of television payment system in2009. After three years, the project came to an end. This paper is to stand on the project ending, in the use of project management knowledge and the tools of science, to look back the risk management of the whole project. The thesis summarized the risk management and countermeasures in the overall project of television payment system.
