Design And Implementation Of A Radio And Television Network Operators Pay TV System

The thesis stems from the TV payment system planned and constructed by the broadcast network operator in a province. The development of triple network integration makes TV not only be the communication media of broadcast, but also expand contents and services to network coverage, TV shopping, TV games, online theater, bill delivery and many other fields, which rapidly motivates all kinds of value-added applications, and makes traditional TV terminal gradually turn to family multimedia self-service terminal because of the changes of contents and services, helping TV users get more and more services from TV terminal. In the process from watching TV to using TV, there must be demand for realizing one-stop quick payment on TV.The author makes detailed investigations into the present situation and business development of the broadcast network operator, and then proposes the demand solution of TV payment system by combining theoretical basis of payment field, and finally finishes the design and realization of digital TV payment system from theory to practice. According to the request of information system security and payment service regulations of non – financial organ, the author proposes a risk control system of TV payment system. This system adopts Weblogic as middleware server, Oracle 11 g as database, JSP+JQuery+J2ee as technological frame to develop the TV payment system in the Linux environment, which bases on the broadcast middleware set- top box but also has the broadcast operator ’s characteristics. This TV payment system includes transaction gateway, rear service and administrator configuration. The transaction gateway mainly realizes the interaction, identity verification and charge by intelligent route in the customer’s payment process. The rear service includes settling accounts, checking accounts, error handling, business monitoring and alarming. The administrator configuration includes managing information of inserting channel, charging link and paying ability, confirming result of checking accounts and other functions, which help to satisfy the demand for visualized management of the system.The TV payment system in this essay has already been formally applied in the broadcast network operator’s production environment, and continually improved by double drive of user demand and business demand. Providing safe and quick payment experience for broadcast customers and improving broadcast network operator’s service level will help them succeed in the competition of mobile Internet market.
