As fierce competition nowadays going on telecommunication markets, telecommunication operators shift from traditional business expansion by seeking sales to delivering efficient service attracting customers with high value. How to lift service quality and enhance the core edge are the sooner-than-wait problems by every operator.BeiJing Unicom Network Monitoring Centre, the highest entity monitoring and coordinating telecommunication fixed network breakdown, undertakes the7x24(hours) monitoring on various professional networks management, such as exchange, transmission, wideband, and power. How to squeeze network breakdown duration is a key to deliver a higher service quality.Through an analysis of current long-spotting on network breakdown, this article points out the key factors to shorten overall breakdown duration, outlines the strategies accordingly, and calculates the duration for spotting breakdown when strategies implemented. The results are successful and satisfied. Meanwhile, I find that various profession network managements exhibit some limitations, and constructing synthetic network management is the trend of future development. Therefore, with regards to the synthetic network management system on trial service, this article make an close analysis for its application performance, and concise description for its automatic dispatch of job bills function.
