Research On The Construction Scheme For The Electronic Goverment Network In Xinjiang Production Adn Construction Corps

With the reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction and promote the further development, our country quickened the construction of electronic government affairs and application. Since the nineteen ninties,national levels of government departments have respectively, built a batch of business systems, such as the" Golden Customs"," golden"" gold trying",obtained remarkable result,office automation, government affairs informatization has made great achievements. In the circumstances, the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps began construction of e-government system, although has made some progress, but there are some problems, mainly: Network Construction Act of one’s own free will, repeat construction, structure is unreasonable; business system level low, narrow field of application and service; information resources development and utilization of lag, interconnection and intercommunication not free, sharing degree is low; the standard is not unified, the hidden safety problems of weak, legal construction. Therefore, the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps is an urgent need to put the original respective isolated LANs interconnected into a whole system of electronic government affairs, to construct a smooth, reliable, secure network information transmission platform. The Xinjiang production and Construction Corps of electronic government network system (corps of the following abbreviation e-government) emerge as the times require design scheme.In this paper, as a corps of electronic government network design, the paper describes the research background, followed by a discussion of the Corps of electronic government network related to technology, MPLS VPN technology concept, principle, advantage, dynamic routing protocol and QOS. Then the electronic government network specific network design in detail, from the design demand, target, principle to the network topology, MPLS specific deploy, the allocation of IP address, domain planning, routing protocol selection, QOS and network security and other aspects of the scheme are discussed in detail. At the end of the thesis is summarized and the prospect of the future development direction of electronic government affairs.In this scheme design and implementation process, I participated in the advance data collection and the whole design work, as well as the project implementation and customer service in the sale of maintenance work.
