And one VPN module, which use reliable label to transact based on MPLS, has managed the request well.At first, It will talk about the network requirement of e-government and enterprise, do the further research on some traditional VPN forms like GRE, IPSec and the working mechanism of VPN which is based on MPLS protocol. According to the principle, the process of VPN resolvent will be given, and it has been used in Hubei Province E-government Network. After accomplish the whole network, by testing and analyzing the network parameter, dormenent development and realiability of the s resolvent. Finally, there is new idea be addressed, which is a MPLS VPN resolvent using IPSec technology, for the late-model of VPN network, and also its working theory and module. This new resolvent will improve the security during the transmission in MPLS VPN, and resolve the drawback on movement.
