Research And Design On A Provincial Voice Value-Added Service Platform

As a traditional voice service, voice value-added service provides inquiry information to users, which is very convenient to people. Because of chaotic management and slow development of voice value-added service, and at the same time rapid increase of telephone users, it is necessary to expand access to processing capacity and facilitate the user’s access on design of voice value-added service platform.Research and design of a provincial Jizhong value-added service platform is presented in this thesis. First of all, voice value-added service system functional requirements is given, and a detailed business analysis is discussed. Then, system management functions including SP/CP management functions, billing functions, SP own platform management, user management and system security requirements etc. are described. Based on the general rule proposed, an architectural platform for a province’s program is designed in order to implement the above functions, focusing on access configuration, signaling configuration, server performance and configuration, storage capacity allocation, network bandwidth configurations. According to design results, equipment seiection and specific hardware development are determined. Finally, the voice value-added service platform based on the design process is concluded and the future research work is prospected.
