Hardware system designed primarily for the system configuration, including access trunk configuration, signaling configuration, configure the server performance, storage capacity allocation, network bandwidth configuration. According to calculation results, we select the device model, and determine the hardware program.In software design the database techniques and programming software are discussed in detail. On this basis, the exchange platform based on proven software, business software implementation platform, for development to achieve a variety of business functions. For Type of answer, demand class, voting classes, conference type, transaction type, message type, query class broadcast, fax etc, we discusses in detail to achieve a variety of applications, application software products. With the network status of the province, we put forward interface program with other support systems.
